- Please complete the form below if you would like to nominate your pastor for LIFT WORSHIPS’s Pastor Appreciation Lunch. We will be joined by a friend from The Well, Pastor Richard Ellis, followed by a private concert featuring Cade Thompson!
- Once your nomination is approved, your pastor will be sent the invitation via email.
- Please be sure there is only one pastor nomination per person.
- And you better hurry! Seating is limited and the event is on a first-come, first-served basis.
