I’ve been trying to find ways to drink more water and stay hydrated. If you are too or you’re just out enjoying the hot summer day and need a refreshing hydrating drink, here’s a delicious idea:

Watermelon Mint Smoothie from Urban Fitopia

2 Persian cucumbers
1 1/2 cups watermelon
6 sprigs mint – de-stemmed
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup water
1/2 cup ice cubes

Watermelon is a whopping 91 percent water by weight. Paired with the refreshing mint and the cooling cucumber, this smoothie will leave you feeling rejuvenated even during the hottest heat wave.
